I’m getting awfully into Nip/Tuck, i can’t stop watching episode after episode now

AdamPeterPan and I planned to go for a nice dinner in the city
But we went to Kinokuniya @ KLCC first cos he wanted to buy comics and I wanted to
check out new books

The moment we both stepped past the threshold of the heavenly book store
We gave each other a quick kiss and parted ways
He stalked off to the comics and magazine section

And I hopped, jumped and skipped off to the children’s book section

I love love love poring over kids’ books
So many inspiring illustrations
That go hand-in-hand with stories that remind us that life comes down
to simple pleasures at times

Most of the books were wrapped up
Dammit
And the good ones that *weren’t* were already taken by all the kiddies sitting around

I looked down at the books next to them for awhile
And they all peered suspiciously back up at me with big eyes
At this 22-wannabe-8-year-old in a deep pink elegant dinner top
Invading their territory

I decided against sneaking one of the books from them to read
In case they start wailing bloody murder and i get attention from parents and store clerks
0_o

So i trudged upstairs and happily settled down with some interior and fashion design books
Some guy picked me up at the interior design section

“Nice tattoo,” said he
“Thank you.” said i
“What’s your name?” he asked
“Joyce.” i replied

He asked whether i was local
I said yes rather curtly and politely
He said he was looking for books on office interior design
I didn’t quite believe him but no matter
He said he couldn’t find them
I suggested he inquire at the desk for help
:p

Adam and i left for dinner at around 8 pm
We initially wanted to go to the restaurant across BonTon
Saw that it was malay food and didn’t feel like it
So we went to Frangipani @ Changkat Bukit Bintang instead since i’ve never eaten there
Yummy delectable cuisine in small portions that was kinda ex

Then we rushed to Starbucks @ The Curve for….
Ten minutes.
Cos everyone wanted to go home after that

Low Expectations Helps

Actually, after writing the post below
I spoke on the phone to some happy friends and got all happy again
Was totally hyped up and excited to go

AdamPeterPan, HotJason, LilySiren and i left KL at 5 pm
Supposed to leave at half past 3 but heh….
You know la, Malaysian timing all

Will put up pics later
Now is cuddling and watching tv time

Basically… the rave sucked.
