Malaysian Idol Finals: Nite One

I left for Genting at 5 in the evening
The rest had already been there since earlyyyy morning for rehearsals etc
AdamPoserPan took opportunity to ask me to bring last-minute stuff that was forgotten

“TP, bring alcohol, everyone is asking for alcohol.”
“Ohkay.”

“Oh yea, could you bring all my mags in the plastic bag on the floor next to the bed too?”
“… damn heavy wei!! *sighs* okay.”

So there i was
Lugging around a huge Nike bag filled with outfits, two pairs of shoes, magazines and three bottles of alco.

Even when the poser was helping me carry it to the room
I was sniggering to myself
“Is it too heavy, baby?”
“No… *oof* it’s… finE.”

The first night was Daniel & Nita performing three songs each

This was outside the Arena of Stars while the show was going on
We were having a… break

We took another picture and EddieTheCanvas stooped to our level

Us three went outside again before the show ended so we wouldn’t be flooded by the crowd beforehand

They were interviewing peeps as they went out
I was shivering like a motherfucking leaf cos the wind was blowing mighty strong

I couldn’t wait for it to be over
Just wanted to change into something more comfortable and CHILL

Something is freaking wrong with my memory card
I KNOW i removed all the pictures before i left but it keeps on saying ‘no more memory’ after taking only a few
Luckily Murad has his laptop with him so i saved those there
And reformatted the card again

We didn’t take too many pictures, i think
Just spent the whole night talking and drinking and making stupid jokes

The next day, poser and i woke up late on purpose
And chilled out in the room before tackling the second night’s events

I was reading National Geographic and being a real baby
It makes me weep because either something in there is fucking damn beautiful…
Or the opposite - upsetting

Daniel won Malaysian Idol Season 2

The entire time i was sitting through both shows
I didn’t really give a fuck about who won
But after watching/hearing the other finalists sing and Daniel singing…
And that *he* won…

I’m like, ‘wtf’

Compared to the other finalists, his voice isn’t as great!

The most fun i had was partying in the room on the first night

Joyce Cut Her Hair Yesterday

It rained this evening
Hence the drop

I got my hair cut again yesterday, yay!
As usual, I got Rico from The Lab @ Desa Sri Hartamas to do it
I used to cut my own hair for the longest time when it was long
But when it comes to short styles… i admit it requires alot more skill

I really love what he does, so he changes the style everytime he cuts it
With wax on, i look like a biker chick/lesbian
‘Dyke on a bike’ as Ian puts it  0_o
Without wax on, i look like a cancer patient

Since i was taking pix of the pony i simply snapped some of the toys on my bed too
Yeah. It’s okay to be 22 and have lots of kiddy soft toys so that you have no place to sleep on the bed and thus sleep somewhere else everynight.

Supposed to go get ready and go out

On Joyce’s Office Desk

EditorIan was rummaging in a box the other day and found… a bottle of Bacardi Limon

“Ooh, look what i found!”

He waved the bottle from the other room
I turned my head away from the computer screen for a second to look
And promptly jumped up to fetch it

“….. and she springs to life.”

I happily grinned and placed it next to my screen for inspiration while working
It’s not working too well cos either:
1) I stare at it longingly wondering whether Ian will notice if i pour abit into my glass
2) Feel sick in the stomach when i see it leering at me the morning after a heavy night of drinking

This morning there was a Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel  sitting on my desk
Without thinking about it, i casually placed it next to the bacardi
Only a few hours later was i thinking,
Eh what did that come from anyway

Oh well, might as well bring my beloved Malibu to teman them
One big happy family
(Yeah! Can feed Anna Malibu!!!)

Other then the alco, i have my pony shelf labels that i stole from Toys R’ Us
And a picture of the poser and me sailing in Labuan
The picture totally relaxes me so i gaze at it whenever i’m feeling blar from work
It’s a picture of me in my swimsuit asleep in Adam’s lap with the wind blowing
He’s posing at the camera his dad brought along

Oh yea and my fairy figurine Gobi & Adel got me for my 22nd/8th Birthday

I want more pictures of friends up but still haven’t kicked myself go develop them yet :p

AdamPoserPan and i went to some vodka launch at Zeta Bar early last night
It wasn’t very interesting
Sazi and i were dying trying to get people serve us the cocktails cos they’d take fucking ages to come and by the time they did, we’d have 4 per person in front of us

After Jojo finished emceeing and the lucky draw was done (unlucky us didn’t win nuts)

LaughingLoga didn’t go last minute cos of diarrhea 
So i went alone thinking confidently that i’d bump into someone 

I think their new metal bottle is a bit stupid though
It looks leet… but unconventional
Yes, it keeps the beer cold
But the bottle is so freaking cold you can’t possibly hold it in your hand for long
So i kept on switching hands
If i put it down, i might forget which is whose cos you can’t see through the bottle for the level of beer left and differentiate it
If you put table napkins around it anD hold it, you’d be covering the Heineken brand name

So… abit the stupid right?

This was the only hot guy in the 3-member house band

I think Tania fancied him more than i cos she said she likes the tortured artistic boy look
As for me, i like the bad boy look

I was tired and bored and just wanted to go home
Sometimes i think i’m defintely getting older cos i tend to feel lazy to go out and drink and party
Rather just stay in, watch movies, edit pictures and spend time with my lovelies
