Today Is For Mommy.
Today is Mommy’s birthday.
She memang is damn fierce
I wrote more about her ganas-ness last year
But i do think she’s not as troll-like to my friends anymore
I saw AzwinAndy gulp in discomfort when she came home from school last week and we were sitting at the dining table going through some stuff for work
At first he was like all, “Hi Auntie!” damn cheerily
But promptly turned around with big nervous eyes when she ignored him

But he said that after that she offered him a Coke and they talked about the weather

My brother and i were arguing over who should hide her birthday present just now
“It can’t fit in my cupboard.”
“What. Just put it somewhere la.”
“Put where? Put in your room la.”
“Hmm… that might be a good idea.. cos i have so much stuff around, it’ll blend in. No. Wait. She’s damn observant okay. Sure see wan.”
“Then put where?”
“Fuck, i’m busy doing work la now! You’re the smart one working at E&Y right? I’m sure you can figure something out.”
In the end the box went under my table with a book on top of it and a paperbags next to it for good measure

I guess like puppies and kittens, my brother and i lost some spark when we grew up
And then, when you put two aunties AND a cute lil kid together…
That’s it la, Smalls.
Even with your small stature it cannot beat ORI SMALL PEOPLE.
Speaking about small people
I walked past the nearby kindergarten while walking my dog today
Maybe i should teach kindergarten part-time for fun, it’ll be so fun! The only thing is i have to get up really early… but i don’t mind… i get to tell little kids fairy stories wee! I can do something that fills me up with bubbly happiness!
So i stared at the phone number on the board outside and repeated it to myself a few times
And forgot it when i reached home
Yes, my memory is really bad
But the strangest thing is i can remember the STUPIDEST most RANDOM things
For instance these seven useless numbers SuckballLouis and i made up years ago
It’s 1156923
Also, i’m forever forgetting the names of people i meet every week at events and parties
But
When i met BenBo’s jap girlfriend, i could remember it in my tipsiness until now

How fucked up is that?
I can’t remember someone’s name of two syllables - Andrew, Aaron or Andy
But i can remember seven random Japanese syllables in perfect order

Hmm can you imagine if i *did* become a kindergarten teacher?
I’d be calling everyone wrong names till they’d call themselves wrong names 
And everytime i go, “Fuck.”
I’d be going, “Fu… cryingoutloud!” like in that movie with Samuel L. Jackson
Zouk’s 2nd Anniversary
AzwinAndy, FaiTheMai and i happy clappy planned to go for it together
I think there was alot of miscomm cos so many people thought the party was going to be in the Zouk Mainroom
But it’s actually in Velvet so that’s where we were!
It was free flow from 10-11:30 pm
I was drinking really slowly… i guess after going for so many events, i’m not so gila semangat to kiasu-ly down it
