Good God, TL Mania Continues

Hmm everyday, something happens in reaction to the whole ‘Everyone Loves TL’ post
During some work i was doing, a particular someone who reads my blog leaned over and commented
“You’re cute…”
“Haha.” i replied politely
“But i’m cuter…”
“Uh-huh.” i continued layaning
“But TL is cutest!”
“…!! What?! A bit random right?!”

Then just now while doing work on the pc, a stranger msns me
But because they started off the conversation a bit differently saying they took a picture off my blog, i replied:

You’re Never Too Old

For sleepovers
The best thing is, i could never have sleepovers as a kid (cos my mother was strict and i had no life)

And now, i can have sleepovers but better yet!
With alcohol

QueenKanch slept over the other night cos i told her i’d follow her to the wholesalers’ the next morning and it didn’t make sense for her to go back home and then meet up again the next day
It was a really nice chilled out night with wine and chick flicks

I was sipping my wine reallllly slowly and still had a lot left in my glass
FaiTheMai called QueenKanch and i knocked over my glass in the process of reaching over to pause ‘In Her Shoes’
There was a flurry of ‘oh shit!’, ‘i’ll call you back, Joyce spilt her wine!’ and ‘oh shitttt’ as we wiped up the wine from the sofa and the remote controls

Stupid thing is, Smellie just bought blankets to spread over the sofa to avoid stains like so
But the wine HAD to spill on the part which wasn’t covered up

As QueenKanch and i watched the movie, AdamPoserPan tidied up some of the moving stuff
It felt kinda weird
Usually it’s me bustling around feeling like a maid while he watches tv
It felt weird, but it was a good kinda weird

“Oh my god, he’s being so good and cleaning up… i should bring you over more often,” i whispered to her

Anyway, Smellie finished up (sort of) and plopped himself down on the sofa to watch the last bits of the movie, “What kind of gay show is this?!”
I thumped him.
QueenKanch hated it too. She said it was too draggy.
But then again, she and i have very different opinions in movies so…. liddat la

She spotted his Flash lunchbox

“What’s that?”
“A lunchbox.”
“Ohhh…”
“So cool right? I used to carry one when i was six. I would so carry it to work now if i had to go into the office everyday.”
“What?! It’s okay when you’re six years old okay! Not when you’re 23!”
“No! Lunchboxes are like… panties. I wore panties when i was six and still wear them now! So it’s the same for lunchboxes too,” i stated with finality
“What nonsense!”
“It’s not nonsense.”

So yeah
You’re never too old for sleepovers… or lunchboxes

So Smart

I told KelvinTSD we’d go watch the premier of MI3 together cos i had two passes
I read the date on the invite wrong and just realised it an hour after the movie had already started

So i called him the next day

“Eh… SO SORRY but you know WHAT.”
“… WHAT?!”
“I read the date on the invite wrong… and it was actually yesterday… and not today :p “
“Oh my god.. you MONKEY.”
“Sorry….”
“You’re such a monkey.”
“Sorry la…! This is the first time i did this okay! I also really wanted to watch it…”

KinkyPugKevin already blogged about the shoot  yesterday so i won’t mention much
Just that after work, what should we do with all the bottles of beer… but drink it of course!

And since i already started drinking, i was too itchy to end the night early
So i went to La Bodega @ Bangsar to join KeithRaymond for some wine
It was really packed cos it’s their live band night at the lounge upstairs
Bumped into a few people - Roen, Jay, Terry, Alia.

Then went home with a nice happy buzz, took a hot shower and passed out while watching ‘The L Word’ while Adam was layaning the boys outside

It’s nice to know your friend  still thinks of you even though you’re both thousands of km apart

We had the grandest of times in college didn’t we, babe?
