On The Alco-Contrary…

1st Day of Bartender’s Course was lovely
I love wine
And they taught us more about wine and champagne that day, tasting, etc

The mistake i made was when i went for dinner with WaiWah and drank somemore
According to him i made such a ruckus in the restaurant that he’s never going back there again
“You were damn funny… but you were damn noisy man.”

Then i went home, where i was to go out with another friend for supper
I accidentally passed out and left the poor dude waiting outside my house for half an hour

Smellie called at 12, jolting me awake
I looked at the time
“OH MY GOD! I overslept! I missed half day’s class already!!!”
I ran around the room in panic thinking that it was 12 noon on Tuesday
“… it’s 12…”
“Yes! Exactly! Aaarghhh!!!”
“It’s TWELVE MIDNIGHT.”
“Huh? What?  Huh?”
Damn disoriented can die.
“I just finished the show. It’s Monday night!”
“Walau….”

I slowly calmed down, then started going ballistic again when i realised that i’d left Harith waiting outside

Today was the 2nd day
Just hearing the speaker say ‘tequila’ at 10am made my stomach churn
Then we had to smell and sample a whole bunch of hard liqours…
I actually felt quite grossed out
I know right.
Me?
Grossed out by alcohol?

A cure has been found!

“You know, the best way to cure alcoholics like us… is to force it till we don’t want it anymore,” mentioned a writer next to me
“I want to cry…”

After a fair bit of alco, and a heavy buffet lunch
I was. Damn. Chat. Sleepy.
Fought with the slumber devils to keep awake during a whiskey lecture

By the time class ended today, i had a slight fever from all the pure alco consumption
Wine, i can take
Liqour, from early in the morning to evening… cannot.

Weak sial.

YC asked me whether i wanted to go drinking after work
I said “You crazy ar.”
I opted to crawling into my bed and getting rid of the dang fever…

Cos i have to drink more tomorrow morning
