A New Do!

I went back to faithful ‘ol Milca at Qube to recolour my hair.
So high maintenance can die.
And begged for a new cut.

“Okay i’m going to cut a fringe,” she said, placing the scissors near my eyebrow.
I panicked slightly. “Fringe? How short?” Images of my super short fringe early ‘06 came back to mind.
“I did a really short fringe last year… don’t want to do it for some time…”
“Not that short, this short,” she gestured at just above my eyelids.

I trust her completely. And i swear it’s really something when you can readily admit you trust your hairstylist completely.

“Okay,” i shut my eyes, “Can.”
She snipped away.
I opened my eyes and stared at the cartoon china doll gazing curiously back at me.

“How?” she asked
“It’s nice,” i pursed my lips, imagining what i would dress up with it.
“Want more funky?”
“Can ar?”
“Cannnn.”

She snipped away and…

…it’s so funky i voiced out my company might possibly fire me tomorrow.
