I did manage to indulge in it a bit when i sat in the bathtub at the hotel and watched BBC Entertainment

I tell you, you never hear the end of her songs in clubs and on all the radio channels.
The choruses from her songs are practically embedded in our heads to the point it becomes unforgiving (because you just CANNOT GET IT OUT)
Especially that Umbrella song.
The moment someone started humming it or i heard it as someone’s ringtone, die.
Stuck in my head for a day.
One of Rihanna’s earlier singles is still my favourite single from her till today – S.O.S.
Shaddup i just like it okay.
I just couldn’t get enough of the song and i loved loved loved her style even back then.
Can’t hate her for changing it ever so often too.
Yay to evolving your image, i say!
In fact, her fashion image and sense has always been such an influence to the point Gucci selected her as the spokesmodel for their first UNICEF ad campaign (that just launched last month).
(Ah, a hula hoop. Reminds me of my Circle of Peace.)
Rihanna is set to perform in KL two weeks from now and it will be, without a doubt, the biggest event taking place here for the month of February.
The Grammy award-winning singer (who also has five Billboard Hot 100 number ones under her belt) will be performing in KL as part of her second world tour to promote her Good Girl Gone Bad album.
Even if she’s going to be covered from her shoulders to her knees (i know right. double yoo tee eff -_-) i’m sure the woman will still manage to blow us away with her fashion choices.
At least the concert is confirmed, after all that drama (and shame, if you ask me) of how she’s been accused of contributing to the war in Gaza.

Sorry for absolute lack in posts
Lots of rushing around and rubbish
I missed my flight back from Bangkok on Monday night -_-
Finally all the Almost-Missed-My-Flight-But-Caught-It karma has caught up with me
Funnily enough, when we were told we missed our flight,
I didn’t get too upset or angry, tho Person-Who-Felt-It-Was-His-Fault was livid and didn’t speak for half an hour
When one of the staff took me to claim back my luggage, it took really long to come
And i thought, “Shit… i’m not upset by missing the flight. But i swear if they lose my suitcase and all my shopping I WILL CRY.”
Anyway we had to wait overnight in the airport till we could catch the 7am one back to KL on Tues morning
Spending the night in the airport was cold!
And we did silly things to pass the time like counting how many Thai coins we had left, what we could buy, and whether we could find more on the ground
I read half my book
We took turns sleeping for fear of our luggage or missing the second flight
That would be SO FAIL i tell you
Got back Tues, went to work
Was so sleepy from lack of sleep / sleeping on airport bench
Early this morning, packed for Sg
And am at St Regis Hotel now to work while the others are all out walking around
Loving the king-size bed, automatic curtains, Bose surround sound and butler service
My butler’s name is Sam
And i’ve bugged poor Sam for lots of silly things already
Whoops
