QueenKanch, MaryBerry and i went for one of the traditional malay massages in Bangsar yesterday (RM60 for an hour)
Tried this place called ‘Amigo’ above TelawiStreetBistro
Kanch and Mary didn’t like theirs
I pretty fancied mine
It was awfully painful but like the lady said,
“No pain, no gain.”
She explained that she was pushing the mucus and bad air out of my body
And she rubbed the painful spots so hard, i had to gulp back my squeals of pain
“Baik juga adik boleh tahan, ada orang marah tau, tapi jika takde sakit, tak payah la buat!”
- “Good also you can take the pain, there are people who get mad, but if there’s no pain, might as well not massage!”
The worst was when she massaged my tummy omfg
It felt like her fingers were poker hot and burning me as she stroked me from the side of my body towards my navel
During my massage, i could hear MaryBerry’s squeals of ticklish laughter and QueenKanch’s bitching
After my healthy torture
She advised me to drink lots of water
Bathe with cold water to get the heat out
The massage was really good
The ambience however, was a bit spoilt
Some annoying loud jeng chinese guys were talking to each other and on the phone really crudely
What the hell are they doing in there making so much noise anyway
Ugh
Massage parlours should really kick these disturbances out

Oof. Last time i paid RM70 for a aromatherapy massage, the lady was hurtin my back so much, but kept convincing me it’s good for me. That she was massaging all the ‘tension’ away. Next thing i know? I had back pain for one whole fiackin week. Couldn’t even sleep properly. Grrr. I didn’t pay RM70 to be tortured… (- _ -)
