It’s fashion week in Pavilion with the first day kicking off yesterday. I knew i’d be out all day in Pavilion so i stayed up till 3:30am the night before doing work! Felt quite dead in the morning as i rushed and decided last minute what to wear before running errands and rushing to the city.

I didn’t even have time to grab lunch and was dying by the time i got there. Free ice cream saved me.

I went for the 12:30pm show cos Jimmy invited me and i love love love this designs and wanted to support him. Also, cos he’s my lovely friend XD

Each show isn’t just one designer, but a handful of them. The first one up for the opening show was Jasmi Rejab.

I really enjoyed looking at Yadotsa‘s pieces go down the runway… they were really feminine, some with interesting drapes and i thought the cutting was quite well done.

I like the back of the dress!

aa-klfw-34

I could never wear dresses like this unless it was custom-made for me… they’re usually too long off-the-rack!

I was wearing a silk slip dress from Gallo by Thian (man, i hope she opens up again… her stuff is so nice and we’re missing out!), necklace and tasseled scarf from H&M, my giant batik bag from Sakura, and pink heels from Topshop.

After the show a bunch of us went to grab lunch at Ben’s and they started drinking… so i did too :p I started with cider tho! Had to pace myself cos i’d be out all day!

Ooh la laaaaa i love this JUST COS it’s so shiny and makes me think of a mermaid. I felt it and was impressed that it’s really SOFT. It just slipped easily along my fingers, so surprising!

  1. you’ve got a wicked fashion sense and i enjoy reading your blog.
    peace!

  2. Sighhh says:

Isnt it dissapointing that our local designers still choose to have and not promote Maysian models and faces to walk for them. From adverts to mag covers. Nothing great about being mixed or white. You looked fab Joyce btw

  3. anonymous says:

too bad ezzati amira copied most of the top brands designs and changed the styling, cut and length and put into her own collection, very typical minded young so-called “designer”

  4. kittie yiyi says:

yes, am wearing Silas Liew. HAHA
